Welcome to Splice Internet. This page gives you a plain-English overview of your rights and responsibilities, what to expect from your service, and where to find the full legal details.
What is the SFOA?
Our full Terms & Conditions are officially known as our Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA).
This document outlines everything you agree to when you sign up with us—things like how billing works, what happens if something goes wrong, and how you or we can end the service.
By law, it applies to all residential and small business customers unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
You can read the current SFOA here: splice.au/legal
