How to cancel your Splice service

Need to close your account? Here’s how to cancel your Splice service, what notice is required, and what to expect in your final steps.

How to request cancellation

To cancel your service, please contact our support team:

Only the named account holder can request cancellation. We’ll ask a few quick security questions to confirm your identity before proceeding.

If someone else is taking over the connection at your address, ask us about transferring the account instead of cancelling.

Notice period

Splice services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. If you cancel, your final charge will be for the current billing period. Charges stop at the end of that month.

Once cancellation is confirmed, your service remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused days within that period.

Any promotional credits or signup offers are not refundable if you cancel before they are fully used.

Final steps

Once your cancellation is processed:

  • Your service will be disconnected at the end of your billing period

  • If any hardware needs to be returned, we’ll let you know

  • You’ll receive a final invoice or confirmation for your records

There are no cancellation fees for standard services, but installation or hardware fees may still apply in specific cases. We’ll always explain any charges before proceeding.
