If you're closing your Splice service, here's what you can expect on your final invoice, including how discounts are handled and when equipment charges may apply.
Last invoice
Your final invoice will include any charges for the current billing period up to your disconnection date. Services are billed in advance, so if you cancel mid-month, your final bill will cover the full month.
We do not offer refunds for unused days, but we will not bill you beyond the disconnection date.
Promo or discount impact
If your plan included a promotional offer or discount, early cancellation may affect your eligibility.
For example, if a discount was offered over a minimum term and you cancel before that term ends, the remaining value of that discount may be reversed or excluded.
Our team will explain this if it applies to your account.
Equipment charges
If you were supplied with equipment such as a router or network device and it is not returned when required, or if you take hardware that should remain at the property, a replacement fee may be charged.
The connection device (ONT) installed by Rural Fibre Co is registered to the address and must remain there when you move out or cancel your service.
