Pausing is ideal for people who:

Do not need internet during that time
Plan to come back and use the service again

How to pause your service
To pause your service, just contact our support team and tell us:

Pauses are usually allowed for between 1 and 6 months. If you need more time, let us know and we can talk it through.
What happens with billing?
While your service is paused:
Your internet connection will be turned off
You won’t be charged your usual monthly fee
Any unpaid bills still need to be paid
Billing will start again when your service restarts
If you have a static IP address, charges for that add-on will continue during the pause
This helps keep your reserved IP active and ready for when you return. If you don’t need to keep it during the pause, let us know and we can remove it before your break starts.
You’ll keep your existing plan when you pause your service, as long as that plan is still available when you return. If the plan is discontinued while you’re away, we’ll help you choose the closest available option when you come back.
