Can I speak to someone in person?

We don’t offer in-person visits to our office, but if your issue requires it, we may arrange for a technician to visit your home.

In most cases though, visiting us in person would not help resolve the issue any faster. The most effective way to troubleshoot is from the premises, where we can guide you through a few simple checks and gather the right information.

We offer support online and over the phone. Our online support follows a streamlined troubleshooting process that helps us get to the root of the issue quickly and avoid unnecessary steps.

If we can’t resolve it remotely, we’ll let you know what the next steps are, including whether a technician visit is needed.
