Who qualifies and how it’s applied
We sometimes run promotions or special offers, such as discounted pricing or bonus services. These promos are usually for a limited time and may apply to new customers, specific locations, or certain plans.
Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which clearly set out:
Who is eligible
How the promo is applied
What’s included or excluded
When it starts and ends
What happens after the promo period finishes

How discounts appear on your invoice
Look for line-item reductions or summary totals
If you’re receiving a discount, you’ll usually see it on your invoice either:
As a line item with a clear description
Or reflected in the total amount payable
We aim to keep invoices easy to read. If something looks confusing, please reach out so we can walk you through it.
Concessions
Do we offer a discount for concession card holders?
At this stage, we don’t offer a standard concession for customers with concession cards. However, in some cases, we may apply a discount as part of a payment assistance arrangement or a specific promotion.

When promos expire
How long they run and what happens next
Most promotions run for a set period — for example, 3 or 6 months — and the length will always be stated in the promo terms.
When a promotion ends:
Your price or service will usually return to the standard offer that applied at the time you signed up
We’ll let you know before any price changes happen
You’ll have the option to stay on your current plan or switch to another one if it suits you better
