Your address – so we can check if Rural Fibre Co’s network is available.
Your contact details – name, phone, and email.
Your desired plan – what speed your house needs.
Preferred installation date – if your property needs a lead-in cable installed.
Payment details – to set up your account and confirm your order.
What if I don't have an email address?
You will need to sign up for an email address before submitting your application. Providers such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook.com, iCloud Mail or Proton offer free email services.
What if my details change?
No problem – you can update your information at any time through our online customer portal. Whether it’s a change in contact number, email, or billing details, updates take just a few clicks.
Tip: If you’ve received a letter from us as part of our initial rollout, use the sign-up link provided – it’s tailored to your address and will fast-track the process.
