Lead-in costs during the initial rollout
If your property is part of Rural Fibre Co’s initial rollout:
Any fibre upgrade booked within the first 6 months of your notification will be is free
Lead-in costs after the local rollout
If you request a lead-in after the initial 6-month rollout period:
The works will usually be completed at a fixed fee of $399 AUD, unless Rural Fibre Co specifies otherwise.
Rural Fibre Co may specify a higher cost, depending on your property’s location, access, and any special requirements for installation.
Tip: If you receive a rollout letter, it’s best to book your installation within the first 6 months to take advantage of the rebate.
