Is my service online – Head to the outage page on our portal to see if there is a known outage affecting your service
To check your service status:
Go to my.splice.au and log in to your account.
Click on Outages in the menu.
You’ll see any known issues in your area, along with updates and estimated resolution times.
If there’s an outage listed, no need to contact us – our team is already on it and updates will appear as we work on it.
Report an issue – You can raise a fault if you are experiencing an outage, and our team will get on it as quick as they can
If your service is down and there’s no outage listed:
Make sure you’ve run through some basic troubleshooting first:
Restart your modem and router.
Check that all cables are plugged in securely.
Try a different device or a wired connection if possible.
Still offline? Go to my.splice.au, log in, and click Report a fault.
Fill out the short form with what’s going on, and we’ll get to work.
The more detail you give us, the quicker we can pinpoint the issue and help get you back online.
