Host anonymising services like Tor relays
Tamper with or overload our systems
Infringe on copyright or intellectual property
Gain unauthorised access to other people’s accounts, data or networks
Basically, don’t do anything that could harm others or the service.
Consequences of breaking the rules
Depending on the severity, we may:
Give you a warning
Limit, suspend or disconnect your service
Report serious matters to the authorities, such as illegal content or security threats
Excessive or unfair use
If you use way more data than your plan allows, or your usage affects other customers, we may restrict or suspend your service.
Staying safe and secure
You’re responsible for protecting your own device and account. This includes:
Keeping your passwords secure
Using antivirus and firewall software
Monitoring usage by anyone in your household, especially children
